What's included in a lawn mowing service?

The standard mowing service includes mowing, edging, and blowing off the surrounding hard surfaces.

What time will my lawn pro arrive?

Your lawn pro will arrive to service your property during daylight hours, typically between 8AM and 6PM. Due to possible weather, traffic, equipment, and other potential delays, we cannot give you an exact time of arrival. For a regular, recurring service, your lawn pro may need to arrive the day after the scheduled date. This gives your lawn pro the flexibility needed to take care of your service and maintain his or her route.

However, we will send you a notification email and / or text message when your provider is on the way to their job. When this happens, you can also track the whereabouts of your provider from lawnlove.com/locator and get their approximate arrival time.

How can I pay for my service?

We only take payment by credit or debit card. We will charge your credit card two days after your service is completed. This gives us enough time to make sure everything went great before charging for the service.

All credit card information is secured via industry standard 256-bit "bank grade" encryption. No one at Lawn Love can access your credit card number once it's saved.

Who is mowing my lawn?

Once you order, you'll be matched with one of your area's top lawn pros. All service professionals have an average of 10 years of experience caring for yards of all shapes and sizes. We are fully bonded and carry a multi-million dollar liability insurance policy.

Do I have to be home?

Nope! Just make sure that your gates are left unlocked and all pets are inside.

Is Lawn Love insured?

Yes, we provide end-to-end insurance coverage. We hold a multi-million dollar general liability policy.

Will my lawn pro always be the same?

When you first sign up, we match you with a qualified lawn pro in your area. We try our best to send the same person for subsequent appointments. If your lawn pro is unavailable for some reason we will assign an equally qualified pro to fill in.

Of course, in the unlikely event that you're not thrilled with your lawn pro, we'd be happy to swap them out for someone else.

Can I change how often you visit?

Definitely. You can do so from your Lawn Love account or the Lawn Love app.
