Yes I have, the grass was totally yellow. I started by putting a lot of water, then I scraped out the dead grass, I then placed topsoil, fertilizer and seeds and kept watering it, until it started growing.

What's your biggest lawn care pet peeve?
None, I love to cut grass and trim bushes.

How do you relax after a long day?
After a long day at work, I stop for coffee and head home to my family.

I love to drink water and eat fruits.

What made you want to start a lawn care service?
I was working in restaurants my whole life and I really didn't like it too much. Then, I bought a house in 2011. I always said when I get a house, I would make the lawn look phenomenal. Being outside and working on the lawn brought a lot of peace of mind and tranquility to me. I really liked the physical aspect of the work too.

What do you love most about being a lawn care provider?
A combination of the tranquility of being outside and working solo combined with the physicality of the work. You're getting exercise and you're outside in the fresh air.

What makes you a great lawn care provider?
I take the job very seriously. I've been working in customer service since I was 15 years old and that attention to detail is very transferable to lawn care. I like doing a good job for my clients. If I don't give my best effort, I feel like I'm short-changing myself and my clients. It’s personal work ethic, attention to detail, and pride.

Do you have a lawn care specialty?
Something that separates me from other providers, is that I do fertilization, aeration, overseeding, tree trimming. I do a little bit of everything. I’ve seen transformations from start to finish, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year for some of my clients.
