Cornelius lawn care services
Do you want to live in a location with moderate temperatures, not too many people, a lot of things to do, and easy access to the city, beaches, and mountains? If you answered yes, then you need to look into Cornelius, NC.
With an average home price of nearly $300,000, home prices in Cornelius having increased in value 3.7% over the past year, and Zillow predicts they will increase another 3.8% over the next year. Cornelius doesn't just offer beauty, but an investment opportunity. Cornelius is also known in the area as the ideal suburb of Charlotte. You're not too close or too far from the city, schools are excellent, restaurants are everywhere, and everything is pristine because homeowners have a lot of pride.
All that said, my favorite thing about Cornelius is Lake Norman and the parks. If you love parks, you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to live. The #1 option for most residents (and visitors) is Jetton Park. This park sits right on the lake, including a small beach. If you want to go to the beach without having to drive a few hours, go to Jetton Park. If you're not a beach person, but you still love the park, you can take advantage of one of the picnic benches that faces the water. If you want exercise, there is a paved two-mile loop trail that takes you through the woods and then by the lake. You will see many walkers, joggers, and dog-walkers here.
If you would prefer to fish or desire a quieter beach that most people don't know about, go to Ramsey Creek Park. If you have a dog, there is a dog park at the entrance of Ramsey Creek Park. You can unleash your dog and watch them play with the other dogs for hours. This is also a good networking opportunity because other dog owners are usually standing around doing nothing. However, if you would like to keep to yourself, there is a circular bench toward the back. If you sit there, others will know you just want to be left alone.
If you're into boating, then you can launch your boat from Blythe Landing. Lake Norman has 520 miles of shoreline to explore. Some restaurants will also allow you to dock right outside. So, you can explore all morning, stop for lunch, anchor and play in the water, and then head back at night. Boating is a big deal in the Lake Norman area.
If you like to party but in a low-key kind of way, there are several local breweries in Cornelius, the most popular being Ass Clown Brewery. Funny name, but it's a great experience. If you're willing to drive a couple of hours toward the mountains, you can also go to Sierra Nevada Brewery, which is huge, very popular among locals despite living two hours away, and offers free concerts, billiards, bean bag toss, food trucks, bars, hiking trails, and more. And if you like to gamble, Harrah's Cherokee is only another hour away. If you head in the opposite direction, east instead of west, you will have the beach, which can be Wilmington or Myrtle Beach. If you desire professional sporting events, high-end restaurants, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, city parks, and a fun bar scene, it's only a 15-minute drive south to Charlotte.
As you can see, you pretty much have everything you want at your fingertips when you live in Cornelius, NC. If you do choose to move here, or if you already live here, be sure to have pride in your lawn like others so the town can remain beautiful. We can take care of that for you at Lawn Love.
