approved permit from the Tree Warden. Planting of a tree requires Permittee/Contractor to

When do I need to have a certified control plan?
Sec. 13-3. - Activities requiring certified [soil erosion and sediment] control plan plan or permit.
A plan shall be submitted to the SESC officer with any application for development to the zoning commission, planning commission or inland wetlands/conservation commission when the disturbed area of such development is cumulatively more than one-quarter acre. In addition, persons undertaking any grading, stripping, excavation or filling exceeding two thousand (2,000) square feet of earth change shall submit an application to the SESC officer in order to obtain a grading permit. The SESC officer shall provide necessary application forms.
