Atlantic Beach lawn care

There's more than enough seashore to go around when you're living in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Duval County is one of Florida's most populated districts. An indigenous race first inhabited it. They lived as far back as 2500 BC. It was Governor William Pope Duval that gave this territory its name. Three-major cities were consolidated into the county, and Atlantic Beach now sits where pleasant sunsets inspire us all.

Though held within Duval County, the city operates with a municipality of its own. It offers its residents updated amenities, a clean atmosphere and legal, due process. What the outside world enjoys, instead, are some of Florida's most prestigious resorts. The One Ocean Resort and Spa, for example, caters to adults and children. It has over 193 rooms and enough minibars to keep everyone happy.

Living in Atlantic Beach makes you a part of a thriving population of roughly 13,000 people. These residents pay homage to the fact that during the 1900s, a railroad was stationed alongside Florida's northern coast. It connected Jacksonville Beaches to what was then "the-real-modern world." This was the work of Henry Flagler. He built the city's first hotel. His business kept travelers present on the shores of Atlantic Beach.

The roads he built, the street lights he installed and the sewers he managed were initially for him, but residents began to benefit. This city has a long and enriched history. It now has a commercial strip with endless activities to enjoy. A day surfing, camping, and fishing are all possible. The city's natural geography adds palm trees, clear blue skies, and pleasant, subtle showers to its extended-sandy shores.

Its natural habitat has been cultivated into a few attractive parks. The Dutton Island Preserve spreads out with over 9,000 feet of pathways to explore. This is Atlantic Beach's largest preserve and invites families, visitors, and even dogs. Everyone can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, picnics, and long strolls. Jack Russell Park changes the tides with 12 acres of sport recreation, settled right within Florida's comfy climate.

There are 6-tennis courts, a pavilion for picnics, racquetball courts, and a rotary-skate park. Then there's the Atlantic Beach Dog Park that's open one hour before dawn and an hour after dusk. The park has areas to separate small and large breeds, but all dogs can use the large-dog enclosure. We find Hodges Stadium in north Jacksonville where the University of North Florida Ospreys display track and field, football, and soccer.

The stadium adds sports to the vibrant-beach life along with 9,000-stadium seats. It's as if the fear that Americans once had of the coast has disappeared. World War I drastically slowed the Atlantic Beach economy, for it kept travelers on edge. It wasn't until 1933 that a town hall got erected. Roughly 60 years later, the borders of the beach were extended, and the 13-square miles that make up the city today were laid.

Nearly 73 percent of the area is marked as water. You might have imagined it; among the central cuisine types of Atlantic Beach city, seafood reigns supreme. The Ocean 60 Restaurant uses a "global spin" to identify its seafood. Its martini bar is constantly stirring and shaking drinks. The Cantina Louie is a stunning Mexican kitchen with large plates and an oceanic touch. The Fish Company takes the beach's culture to greater heights. Large mugs of beer, full plates of oysters and friendly waiters keep people happy there. Most patrons begin their meals with one of the kitchen's famed soups. Some take a bowl home to enjoy for a later time. These stories, meals, and sights are just the beginning of an adventure of Atlantic Beach.

The other side of this reality is your home. Maybe you're enjoying the life that this city offers, and there's no shame in that. If you feel guilty, however, when you take a look at the front and back lawn, then we understand. Duval County is an inspiring place. It can take us on wild adventures: those that never seem to have a beginning or end. You're in need of a professional to take care of your lawn, to water your grass and to trim the hedges. What you need even more is someone that you can trust. Contact Lawn Love today!
