Very easy to work with. I messed up and cancelled a mow. I was able to reach out dm to him and he worked me in anyway. If there is something with his scheduling, he is very good about reaching out to you as well before making any changes. I’m bad about responding but he reaches out every time anyway. Bo arrived and knocked out my entire yard in less than an hour and a half. He mowed, trimmed and blew all the grass clippings off all the hard services. I usually take 3 hogans just to mow so to say he’ is fast is an understatement.
