What's your favorite grass variety?
I love Kentucky Bluegrass because they look gorgeous when they are mowed and striped at the right height.

How do you beat the heat when working outside?
I drink plenty of fluids and get my jobs done quickly and properly.

Have you ever rescued a lawn from certain death? How did you do it?
I was called about a customer who’s grass was treated by another landscaper and they forgot their sprayer has roundup in it. So I had to dig down a few inches remove all the dirt, replace with new topsoil and replanted their grass and it looked amazing.

What advice do you think most people need to know about their lawns?
They are just like our bodies, they need nutrition, feed, water to make them survive and look amazing.

Advice for anyone interested in starting their own lawn care business?
It’s very stressful in the beginning and takes a lot of hard work and long hours but it is worth it in the end when you look out and see your crew working or your business name around town.
